Genuine Risk, ridden by Alan Garcia, ran a mile on the turf course in 1:35.76, and paid $6.60, $4.40 and $3.

Mint Lane wins Belmont's Dwyer Stakes (AP)
Mint Lane got a second-straight stakes victory Sunday, posting a pacesetting win in the $200,000 Dwyer Stakes at Belmont. The Dwyer is the first major 3-year-old race in New York following the Belmont Stakes. Mint Lane, who did not compete in the Triple Crown, could be a divisional factor in the second half of the year.

Dyna's Lassie rallied in the stretch to win the $70,000 Miss Liberty Stakes at Monmouth Park on Sunday, edging Rasta Farian by a half-length. Trained by Doug Fout and ridden by Carlos H. Marquez Jr., the 4-year-old filly covered the 1 1-6 miles over a turf course rated good in 1:42 3-5 and returned $19.80, $9.40 and $6.80.

Pure Clan beat Satan's Circus by three-quarters of a length Saturday in the $750,000 American Oaks at Hollywood Park. Ridden by Julien Leparoux, Pure Clan ran 1 1-8 miles on the turf course in 2:00.50. She paid $7, $4 and $3.40 and earned $450,000 to increase her earnings to $1,002,416. Satan's Circus returned $12.60 and $10, and Clearly Foxy paid $9.80 to show.

Badlands Nitro wins Art Rooney Pace (AP)
Badlands Nitro became harness racing's newest millionaire Saturday night, winning the $538,270 final of Yonkers Raceway's Art Rooney Pace. With Brian Sears driving for co-owner/trainer George Teague, Badlands Nitro outkicked his main rival, Santanna Blue Chip en route to a half-length. The winner finished in 1:52 4-5 to top the eight 3-year-old colts.

Presious Passion led wire-to-wire in the $750,000 United Nations Stakes at Monmouth Park on Saturday, holding off Strike A Deal by a neck. Trained by Mary Hartmann and ridden by Eddie Castro, the 5-year-old gelding covered 1 3-8 miles on the yielding turf course in 2:13 4-5, just a second off the course record.

Thorn Song wins Firecracker (AP)
Thorn Song led wire-to-wire to beat 1-2 favorite Einstein by a length Friday in the Grade II $213,250 Firecracker Handicap at Churchill Downs. Thorn Song, ridden by Kent Desormeaux, ran a mile on the turf in 1:36.69. He paid $5.60 and $2.20, while Einstein returned $2.10. There was no show betting on the five-horse field.
